What we collect
When you take the quiz and ask for your eating plan, we store your email address and your quiz answers: which GLP-1 medication you use, where you are in treatment, how your weight loss is going, which side effects you selected, and how you eat and exercise. We only store these when you tick the consent box.
When you sign up for an eating plan from a guide or a plan page, we store your email address, the medication you selected and the page you signed up from.
We do not collect your name, address, date of birth or any medical records, and we do not ask for them.
What we use it for
To send you the eating plan and the weekly companion email, personalized to your medication and your answers. Some emails contain sponsored links to weight loss programs; we mark them. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your health information with the programs we link to or with advertisers. If you click a sponsored link, the program you visit may set its own cookies; their privacy policy applies from that point.
Where it is stored
Your email address and answers are stored with our email service provider under a data processing agreement. Access is limited to the people who run GLPsteady.
How to delete it
Every email has an unsubscribe link, which stops all emails at once. To delete your quiz answers and email address entirely, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it and to withdraw consent. For consumer health data this includes the right to a list of third parties we have shared it with; that list is empty. Write to [email protected] for any of these.
Cookies
GLPsteady uses analytics to count visits and see which pages and quiz steps people use. Where we use cookies for this, you will see a notice and a choice. The quiz itself runs in your browser and does not store your answers until you submit the form.
