Online GLP-1 programs, compared by monthly cost

Pick a medication and dose. We add the program's regular membership fee to the manufacturer's self pay price. Prices checked October 2026; intro offers change often, so confirm at checkout.

Already have a prescription? Buy direct

Novo Nordisk (NovoCare Pharmacy) and Eli Lilly (LillyDirect) sell to self pay patients with a valid prescription. No membership fee, but no clinician or follow up care either.

Side effects making you reconsider?

Before switching programs, check whether your diet is the problem

Ten questions. Most nausea, constipation and fatigue on a GLP-1 respond to meal timing, protein and fat, whichever program you use.

Take the 2 minute quiz

Before you pay, ask

What will I pay in month three? Is the first month a promo? Does the price change when my dose goes up? Can I cancel monthly, or am I on a 12 month plan? Does my insurance cover the medication, and does it need prior authorization? Is there a manufacturer savings card I can use? Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?

How we compare

Programs are listed by regular monthly cost, lowest first. We use each program's published regular fee, not its first month offer, and the manufacturer's self pay price for the medication. With insurance, your medication cost may be a copay instead. Medicare coverage of medication prescribed for weight loss is limited and changing, so check your plan before you count on it. Ozempic and Mounjaro are approved for type 2 diabetes; for weight loss, programs prescribe the same molecules as Wegovy and Zepbound, so those are the prices shown.
